Today’s giveaway is something I have been working on for a bit, and have only shared with a few friends…but I thought I would give it a try out here and see how well it goes.

The winner of this giveaway will recieve a set of 250 custom Mommy Calling Cards-like business cards, but for moms! Fun, right? I will work with the winner to create a card that is uniquely her. Here is an example of a card I did just for fun…

Of course, you’ll be able to customize this anyway you like, with a different graphic, or font, etc…

I am so excited to show you what we have for this Giveaway! I recieved a Healing Hand from Blessed Nest a couple of weeks ago, and it has saved me on more than one occaision since then. The Healing Hand is a glove that is filled with Flax seeds that you can heat or freeze to comfort aching hands.

I have been busy the last few weeks doing a lot of sewing (for Christmas) and computer work , and my healing hand has been my almost nightly companion. You just pop it in the microwave for about 90 seconds, and it stays warm long enough to soothe aching hands and wrists. Plus, when I had the flu bug a couple of weeks ago, I would heat this up and cuddle up with it when nothing else seemed to make me warm – so it’s a multi-tasker too!

Those Best buy people are at it again, sending me goodies to try out and share with you all…this time they sent me the Insignia® – Sport 4GB* Video MP3 Player with Bluetooth Technology in Red -whew, is that a mouthful or what? It is pretty though-kind of like a candy apple red metallic look to it…

Despite all my gadgets and gizmos, I have never used anything bluetooth, but this literally took me 5 minutes to hookup with the Bluetooth headset they also sent me. Not only does this little beauty play music, it also plays video! I can watch my video podcasts away from the computer -cool! (it’s the little things that make me happy, really it is) Plus, it has a FM radio in it,  which tells you what songs are playing when you hear them! (only on certain channels though)

I love listeing to audio books, and these players are perfect for this. One of my favorite things to do on Sunday night is get into a nice hot bath and listen to a book…SO much easier than reading, and you don’t have to worry about getting the pages wet . NOW, with the bluetooth headset, I don’t have to worry about getting my Mp3 player wet either! The headset is so much nicer than those stinkin earbuds. Gah, I hate those things!

Insignia has made another great product, and when you consider that you can pick up one of these little beauties for right around $100, how can you beat it? Now if I can just figure out how to put some of my movies on it…;)
