NOW I’m back!
I cannot believe school is almost out. There is just something about a child once he goes to school – they are THAT much harder to entertain. No ordinary “oh, let’s help mommy clean the floors!” or “whee!! Isn’t weeding fun?!?” will do anymore. So I am gonna have to get creative. Luckily, one of my best bloggy friends, Eren, recently started a site called “The Magnifying Glass” that has all sorts of nature-inspired projects and activites…
Fish Mama has also started “Camp Wannalaffalotta“, with crafts, snacks, activities, field trips and books, and if you are already a fan of Life as Mom, you know it will be a frugal feast of fun!
Last but not least, The Crafty Crow has a ton of kids activites, and lists some of their favorite outdoor activity links…

…barely. I am slowly coming out of my Nyquil-induced coma, but still have a good case of the yuckies. I will be so glad when this school year is over – and you can bet I am stocking up on pro-biotics before the next year starts.
I got nothin’ for you today, but over at the Apronista, it’s an apron-fest of posts, givewaways, and features – I am heading back to bed to snuggle with my little dood, and resting up for my bloggy get-together this week to go see Jen Lancaster. It just wouldn’t do to cough up a lung all over my izods and madras, would it?

I discovered Jillie Willie on twitter – with a name like that how could I NOT take a peek! I couldn’t believe what I had been missing – the CUTEST fabric, the MOST ingenious ideas (click on the links to see what HUGS and LOVES are!), and so many great items you’re sure to find something for everyone!
The Apron that REALLY got my attention was the Ada – I LOVE the colors and style – it makes me wish I had a little girl JUST to wear matching Ada Aprons!
Jill also carries matching gloves, adorable bags, housedresses, and – this is a definite MUST SEE – Mop Slippers! (*swoon*)
