I posted this recipe last year, and it continues to be a favorite:
Mexican Chicken Dip (ole!)
2 Cups Shredded Chicken (you can also use canned chicken, in a pinch)
1 large (jumbo! – 28 oz?) Can of refried beans (any flavor)
1 Small jar of Salsa (or 2 can of rotel – Yum!)
1 small container of sour cream
1 1lb bag of shredded cheese
You can also add onions, chili, green chiles, olives, etc, to your taste…
Mix together in a crockpot ( I use a potato masher to smush everything up), allow to heat thoroughly – about 2 hours. Serve with Tortilla chips or fritos!
Man, I love, love, Mexican Dip. This sounds good anytime!!
OOOOHHH that sounds really good!!! I’m going to have to put the ingredients on my shopping list!
Mmm, this sounds GOOD!
Do you just mix it all up? Do you serve it cold or warm and then top with sour cream? This sounds sooooooooooooooooooo GOOD! We are NFL FOOTBALL NUTS! We are always watching Sunday/Monday night football!!! This will be a GREAT addition to our party!!!!!!!
